The policy

Due to its digital nature, the P64 Report is delivered instantly and is non-refundable. All sales are final.

Why purchases are final

We provide an unfiltered reflection. Whether the results align with your expectations or offer a new perspective, the exploration has already taken place.

Technical payment failures

Refund support is available only for duplicate charges, failed-but-charged payments, or another verified technical payment failure. This does not include a result that feels unexpected or does not match your expectations.

For a payment issue, email hello@tooreal.me with your account email, transaction reference, date, amount and currency. Do not send card details or passwords. We will verify the payment and, where appropriate, return funds through the original payment provider.

Nothing renews automatically. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
